The Month-Of package is perfect for the Type A couple who wants every detail just right but doesn’t want to manage it all on their wedding day. We step in 30–60 days out to take over vendor communication, finalize the details, and make sure everything is perfectly in place so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Vendor recommendations upon booking
Planning meeting 3-4 weeks prior
Custom wedding day timeline & floor plan
1 hour of rehearsal walkthrough time either the day before or day of the wedding
Contacting vendors to finalize all details & arrival times
Overseeing all vendors the day of the wedding
Décor set-up & breakdown
Oversee ceremony & reception & cue all special events

Unlimited planning meetings
Attendance at all vendor meetings
Wedding Day Signage Design - designing, coordinating with the print shop, and picking up your finished pieces (print cost not included)
Full email, text, & phone call communication throughout the entire planning process
Stuff and mail save the dates/wedding invitations
Full communication with all vendors throughout the entire planning process
Help distribute final payments & gratuities
Pick up items the week of the wedding
