Addie was once a Type A bride herself, and she can confidently say that at some point, you are going to want someone else to take over. Decision fatigue is so real, and there is only so much you can possibly manage on your own.

You can’t be getting ready and soaking in the morning with your favorite people while also setting up the venue, answering vendor questions, running the timeline, fixing problems, and making sure everything is where it needs to be. And neither can your mom, dad, bridal party, or anyone else you were hoping would actually enjoy the day with you.

Our job is to make sure you get to be the bride, groom, mom, dad, or whoever you are in this story, not the wedding coordinator. Trust us, it is beyond worth it.

Think of it as how much you want us in your corner throughout the planning process.

Month-of coordination: We typically jump in 30–60 days before your wedding. You’ve done the planning, hired your vendors, and made the big decisions. Then we take over the details, contact your vendors, build out the final timeline, and make sure everything is ready to go so you can actually enjoy your last month and your wedding day. This is perfect for our super Type A couples who want to do it all themselves until it’s time to hand it over.

Partial planning: This falls right in the middle. We’re much more involved throughout the planning process, with more meetings, guidance, expertise, and support. You’ll still be the main point of contact with your vendors, but you’ll have us helping you make decisions, stay on track, and bring your vision together. And once you hit the one-month mark, we take over full vendor communication.

Full-service planning: This is the "please just help me with everything" option. We’re involved from the very beginning and can help with everything from hiring vendors and designing your wedding website to mailing invitations, creating your timeline, managing the details, and making sure your entire wedding comes together.

No matter which package you choose, our goal is the same: by the time your wedding day arrives, you get to sit back, soak it all in, and enjoy it.

The sooner, the better! Our dates do fill up, so getting your planner booked early is the best way to make sure we’re available for your wedding day.

Even if you’re planning to book our Month-of Coordination package, we recommend getting it on the calendar as soon as you can. It’s one less thing to think about, and you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that when the time comes, you already have someone ready to take the reins.

Absolutely! In fact, having some of your planning already underway can be a great way to figure out which package makes the most sense for you.

Maybe you’ve already booked your venue, photographer, and florist. Maybe you’ve planned absolutely everything and just need someone to take over at the end. Or maybe you started planning and quickly realized you would love some help. Wherever you are in the process, we can meet you there.

The whole point of hiring a planner is to have someone in your corner throughout the engagement and, most importantly, someone who can take over when it’s time for you to stop planning and start enjoying. Your wedding day is not the time to be checking on vendors, fixing problems, or wondering what happens next. That’s our job.

No, we offer Month-Of Coordination instead! We want to be fully prepared for your wedding day, and that starts well before we arrive on-site. Our Month-Of package allows us to gather all of your details, talk through your plans, connect with your vendors, build your timeline, and catch anything that may have been overlooked. Stepping in only on the wedding day simply doesn’t give us enough time to know your plans and provide the level of service we want every couple to receive.

We both LOVE design meetings. This is where we sit down together and dream through every detail of how your wedding will look and feel, from ceremony backdrops and bouquet designs to color palettes, signage, rentals, and everything in between. Then, we’ll go with you to a rental company to curate the pieces that bring the design to life. It’s one of our favorite parts of the planning process because it’s where we get to be the most creative. Afterward, you’ll receive a custom design board curated specifically for your wedding.
